[Best Buy] Bowflex 5.1S Stowable Bench

Currently in stock atm. Going to attempt to price match Walmart $349 price.

**tried price match- they will not match it as the unit is not in stock at Walmart (which obviously it wouldnt be as they sell out so quickly), so if you purchase may have to accept paying $399.

I suggest you consider the Fitness Reality 2000.

I just ordered one the other day.

It has 250lbs more weight capacity than the Bowflex (850lbs vs 600lbs). Has more back adjustment angles, and seat adjustment angles. A better and removable leg attachment. You can also slide the seat to remove the gap when it is flat. And at regular price, it's $100 cheaper than the Bowflex 5.1S. Save you a bunch of money too.

Thanks for the recommendation and might order this if I can't find anything decent used.

Yeah, it's a great bench. Mine showed up early so I got a few workouts done on it already. It's built well and rock solid stable.

Ordered and delivery date says next week on Dec 23. It's going to also double as a sit down bench for 2 people on my arcade cabinet so good that it can support up to 800lbs too I guess Face With Stuck-out Tongue And Tightly-closed Eyes

I like the high weigjt capacity but does it feel supportive? Backrest looks narrow and thin.

No problems with support for me. I feel completely stable on it at every angle. I've done decline/flat/incline dumbbell bench and fly. My barbell hasn't arrived yet so haven't done barbell bench yet, but I haven't felt like I would fall off with any dumbbell work. There's zero backrest wobble, so nothing feels uneven or unsteady. The entire thing feels completely solid with no movement.

The backrest is long, so has complete head support. Which also might make it look extra narrow because of the length.

Dimensions are:

Length of backrest - 3ft
Width at base - 10"
Width half way (1.5' up) - 9"
Width at top (3' up) 8"

You can decide if those dimensions are narrow or not for your body type.
