Ah looks like its back. Not a bad price, but was a tad cheaper I think back in Black Friday.

I have three of these monitors. No issues. Been running two for over a year now.

I've gone through so many of these and seen so many posts and subsequent oos on both rfd and bapcsales, that I'd argue hardly anyone got it for the 399 - approx 45% off or roughly 220 bux you paid lol.

Open box sells out quick at 325. There still a solid monitor, although it's starting to age a bit now, I'd say it's top for 1440p 165hz ect at this price range.

I could sell used ones for 300$ on kijiji no problem in 24 - 48 hrs.

Wait for an open box sale if they have one. Bought one last year at around this time in January for $320 from Best Buy, and all the contents inside were brand new and untouched.

I got the 32” version on BF for a little less after coupon and Rakuten, quite happy with it so far.

Looks like a good monitor. Hope the curved VA version goes on sale too.

The "regular" price seems nuts though.

One thing I noticed going through a bunch of monitors to test last month is that Dell monitors seem to have very low minimum brightness levels (35 cd/m² for this one). My space is full of windows and the lighting conditions change a lot during the day, so a low minimum brightness helps during mornings and evenings with less light. I know it's weird, most people only care about maximum brightness, not minimum brightness Face With Tears Of Joy

I found high minimum brightness was giving me eyestrain on some of the other monitors I used. This was one thing I appreciated about the Dell ones.

I bought this same monitor through one of Dell's sales, I think it came out to $420, so this is a decent price but not a deep discount compared to it's typical pricing. Fantastic monitor though, I especially like how it has two USB 3.0 ports built in so I can plug my chargers into it.

Dell's list price of $740 is massively overinflated (Canadian Tire effect?). It's $480 on Dell's website. On Black Friday, it was discounted to $360 and you could get an additional 10% cash back via Ebates.

Feels like they're pulling a Lenovo - show a silly list price and then discount to what the normal price "should" be, while giving the impression the consumer is getting a massive deal. Smiling Face With Open Mouth And Smiling Eyes

it was 749 for years.

the list price has changed this year. but when this came out it was a class above all the 400-500 range monitors.

bestbuy just didnt update the msrp, its not a dell issue here.
