Dyson Official Outlet - V10B Cordless Vacuum, Refurbished, 1 year warranty, $400

This is a good price for the V10B as it has the bigger canister (0.76L) as opposed to the same price V10Mh that has a smaller canister (0.54L), other than that the specs are the same, maybe some differences with accessories.

Having said that, just a piece of advise, while buying from any official reseller (best buy, walmart, megahomeshow, ebay, etc.), the warranty and quality is gonna be the same as it comes from Dyson but its final sale, meaning no returns, and the big difference is that only buying directly from Dyson.ca, you will get 30 day money back guarantee, so in case you dont like it or you see a better price you can return it.

Expect to get a DOA or soon to die battery with these refurbs. Luckily Dyson will quickly send you a replacement one when you call customer service. Usually gets purolatored to you within a day or two. One year warranty means it’s a good idea to set a reminder at the 360 day mark to get any last minute issues worked out before warranty is gone.

Bought mine for $380ish last year. No regrets.

Rakuten has 12% back on Dyson and the same refurb product is $420, wouldn't it be better to get off the official dyson site?

I bought a refurb fan straight from Dyson Canada during the last Rakuten cash back promo and didn’t get any cash back. I ended up returning the fan.

Is this ideal for hard floors or do you need a separate attachment?

I have V7. Quite good for hard floor. V8B or V10B should be better.

Great deal on the V10B with cashback but definitely a big YMMV as their T&C says refurbished is not included.

Canadacomputers has the same V10 model but with $36.53 Shipping Discount before tax

I ordered with Dyson Canada and my receipt says "DYSON CYCLONE V10 ABSOLUTE-BCV".

I wonder if it's really going to be the Absolute model or if it's going to be the v10b (refurbished). Weird

We bought a refurb a couple of years ago and the battery is still going strong. User experience varies, I guess.

People who bought dyson refurb 5+ years ago. State the year/model bought and how long the battery lasts now in full charge?
