If the CSR doesn’t know about the $10 off, just as the team lead (he was the one who actually told the CSR without any intervention from me). As I mentioned earlier, the promo also included a free case but only with the red iPhone 11 which was the only one they had in stock while I was there.

I got an Iphone 12 on a $50 plan (35% ff) for $25/month. Then I called loyalty and they gave me a 10$ discount/month for 12 months. Bringing the phone to $480 for the term, and I got 100$ of pc points.
