[Best Buy] Galaxy Z Flip 5G - $1399 Price error?

Best buy has the Galaxy Z Flip for $1399 both Mystic Grey and Mystic Bronze

Samsung.ca has it on sale for $2019 so is this a possible price error by Best Buy?

Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/sa ... d/14823530?

Samsung.ca: https://www.samsung.com/ca/smartphones/ ... -flip/buy/

I ordered 2 days ago and already shipped.

If you're into this phone, put on a case for the pink, this is a great price apparently.

Still too rich and early-gen for me, but nice find.

there's local stores selling it for $1,299

removing the link to the store because its clearly a fraudulent business with terrible customer service

there are other people mentioning other places where the phones are being sold for cheaper in this thread

I really wanted to get this phone but I feel that it's still to early for a flip phone. I saw a lot complaints of screen malfunction or the fold becoming apparent after a few months of use on korean sites. :(

Since the price ends in .95, this item is discontinued and this is pre-clearance pricing

According to Stocktrack price history this phone changed to this price on Nov 26th.

Yeah, the whole folding screen thing scares me a little. I also wonder if the novelty of it would wear off after awhile...

Looking at eBay it would seem this price point makes sense.

Great deal if you are willing to deal with the shortcomings of a flip phone. If you happen to have a smart watch it makes it easier to manage but otherwise you may be disappointed constantly having to flip your phone open just to do anything. It’s definitely not a price error though it ends in 95 which means it’s gone when gone. They must be clearing stock preparing for the new one to be released most likely early 2021.

I am convinced that MSRP was a price error by Samsung

Not price error, I think the launch retail price was the mistake made by Samsung.

Electronics Force has the pink one for approx. $1,067 CAD... as someone mentioned, throw a case on if you don't like the colour.

Don't know much about this site, but for the price difference it's worth looking into. Trustpilot has them at 3.9/5 on average with many reviews.

They're around $1K or less on e-Bay as well.

Im guessing sales arent going too well for these, considering the durability of these screens are horrible. $2000 and the screen can be punctured permanently by my fingernail??
