Same price from Garmin themselves or from Costco.

I would much rather buy from Costco than best buy.

I love my Vivoactive 3 and still use it for running. Battery has dropped to only 2-3 days now. Will have to research to see if it's worth the upgrade or move to a Forerunner.
Take care,

I say go for an upgrade like I did. My forerunner 165 battery life is 10days.

They removed the altimeter from this version compared to the older version that was released like 6 years ago. What a joke.

May not be important for some, but totally kills the deal for me. Thanks for the info, would have assumed this had an altimeter. Ridiculous.

Not every1 has a Costco membership. This is the best deal I have seen for this model.

I am still undecided.

Yeah, they’ve progressively downgraded the Vivoactive line.
Frankly Garmin is a mess with their product lines. When you’ve got Venu and Forerunner, it gets confusing with overlapping features.
Karma is real.

What would be an alternative model with an altimeter in and around this price range? I'm looking for one to use for snowboarding on top of the usual fitness tracking.
