I’m at Best Buy in bramalea and the guy said $350 gc with Fido and I asked I wanted convert the gc to prepaid visa. He said I can’t do it?? Can someone confirm where u guys did thay

Why ask him to convert? You just go to cashier and get those prepaid visa cards and pay it with gift card.

Kinda cold if you’re unable to apply the GC to the tab balance….my 2 cents

was at Bramalea this morning as well - got iphone 12 with 128gb. on Fido. Total GC -$450 with trade in. $138 down+tax. No $50 for geek squad as he said could not add any more GC. 15months -$10 on $50 plan. Not the full package everyone was getting but not bad.

No. After you leave the store, you deal with Fido.

I went up and got the gift card and tried to pay with the gc and the cashier said no. I told her my brother came yesterday and he was able to buy it. She said oh maybe the cashier yesterday was new and wasn’t aware. I said I wanna talk to the manager, the manager (team lead) came and said ya I read the email this morning and we are not allowed to accept GC as a method to buy prepaid visa. (This is where he f’ed up) I said ok show me the email from this morning then which said it cause my brother did it yesterday. He went on the computer and fiddled around for 2 min.. then said ok I’ll just do it this time

I was at the BB today too, they said they cannot convert GC to prepaid CC...Does anyone know where I can convert?

For those who already have fido, and are getting the iphone 12 128gb mini. Before you get excited about the gift card offers .. I urge you to check out your offers on fido.ca.

I have an offer for 7.92$ 128gb version. Instore is 17.92 $ with 200 gift card + crap accessories at Costco.

Now 17.92 x 1.15 x 24 month = 494.592 - 200 gc = 294.59 $ (still gotta use the gift card though)

7.92 x 1.15 x 24 = 218.592 $, it's better for me to reject gift card offers and just place the order online.

Would one of you who was at BB Bramalea today comment on their stock availability of the iPhone 12 128GB? Thanks so much.
