Usually on older phones, flip phones etc., the imei # is written on the phone itself if you take off the battery. I think they just need the imei #.
However if you cannot remove the battery to see the imei, you may need to boot it up.

Any clue about when the offer expires? This deal seems the best amongst others as it has basically the same price as the 64gb version with Walmart.

Not sure about expiry but I would be more concerned about stock availability rather than the offer expiring.

Quite disappointed about the offer this year. I hope this Pre BF rather than BF offer. My wife got iPhone 12 64gb in Sept for $32.5 per month with $350 Walmart GC. I thought BF is a lot better.

not exactly, it's $33.33/mo for the 128GB vs $30.00/mo for the 64GB = $79.92+tax additional over 24 mo

But what plan do you have? I don't recall seeing any plans for less than $40 or $50 in the past few years unless you were on some sort of special plan or got a special credit.

FYI the mobile shop allows you to apply the gift card towards the phone payment!

In the past they would only let you use the gift card (Pc Points) on the upfront cost (ie. on a phone that is 0$ upfront you couldn't use any PC points to pay for that. Are you saying you can use the pc points for the tab amount?

Anyhow TheMobileShop isn't offering this deal for Koodo...

The $100 gift card for doing an old phone trade in makes it a better deal.

I think the TMS deal is much better, just pickup a toy phone for $10 to get $300 towards the phone

TMS only has $50 gift card (PC Points) versus best buy $200...
Best Buy has $100 trade-in credit as well

TMS website says they’ll price match so if Best Buy is giving $200 gift card they should give you 200,000 points.

She can keep her original plan $40 for 6gb. It’s a loyalty plan and she’s happy with it.

What a joke. I tried the same in store and no go but figured it was just the location I went to being incompetent. How can they advertise price match on the website even saying if a competitor gives a gift card we’ll give equivalent points etc but they flat out deny.
