That was why I said repost on the floodlight cam as OP included it in his post. Maybe "repost" is not a perfect word, but I thought it's good to include additional info on these bundle deals with the link.

You can return the Amazon order, buy it from BB and with Rakuten, you get an extra 1% off...

In my experience it's easier/faster to return Amazon for a refund and order this.

Yea ofc! All battery Ring products suffer from a lot of false positive notifications due to the fact that they’re trying to preserve battery life. The wired cam gives you advanced motion zones where you can actually draw out the areas of where you want motion to be triggered. The battery cam only has a generic slider. Notifications are also delayed when it comes to battery operated devices whereas wired devices actually records 2-3 seconds before the motion is detected. Wired devices also record up to 1 minute of footage vs. 30 secs from the battery cam.

I have both cams and absolutely dislike the battery version. Even the doorbells

The white wired one is available, it is hidden somewhere not easy to be found though. I agree with thearcticdragon, wired one is worry free.
