This is just the Black Friday offer for a $100 more, right?

I'm curious on how people who bought this TV found it. It was exclusively manufactured for BF so I imagine the qc and reliability to be poor.

I have to cancel my order that's supposed to show this week. Is there any charge for turning it away? Will I get my full refund?

I decided to stepup to the 65" X900H at $1400 (BF sale).

Thanks.

Yes. That's why it has me worried so not worth the hassle. It's still a lot of money to throw away I'd it breaks on month 13.

Bestbuy has a warranty where they'll replace with whatever is at that price in store when it breaks. Might help with the concern

Bought this TV during the BF sale for $899 and I honestly cant complain for the price. Quality is decent especially in 4K and playing PS4 on. Would recommend the TV for anyone on a budget for a 75" TV. Playing a 4K video on Youtube with game mode on looks unreal on it.

Thanks for sharing.

I'm looking to buy a 75 inch this week and was strongly considering this. Also looking at the Sony XBR800 but it's 1400 although I don't need 4 HDMI and can't see another major difference between the similar model that sells for 1300. Just have to decide if it's worth the extra $340 (with tax).

I also picked up this TV up for $899. I've been very happy with it. My biggest complaint is the lack of a 3rd hdmi port. With that said, I'm passing my 3rd device through my xbox. 4k looks great.

Been using for about a month and it's been great. The lack of brightness, which has been discussed ad nauseum, is absolutely true - if you have it in a bright room, you're not gonna have a good time.

I also have this TV and it's great. No issues with brightness. Try the following:
Turn off Ambient lighting detection
change shadow detail to 2
change colour to 36

Is there an adapter of sorts out there that can expand the number of HDMI ports?

You can get a HDMI switch or if you have AVR receiver typically it will give you more HDMI inputs as well.

I have this TV and I'm happy with it for most part, however HDR brightness is not good so the brighter areas don't pop in HDR more and dark scenes are too dark. I'm considering returning it for a full array local dimming TV from Sony or Samsung.

Did you get a full refund including shipping paid? I ordered in-store for home delivery and they charged $50.

Just wondering what you do to “break” TVs that it’s a genuine concern. In 20 years of owning multiple TVs, I’ve only ever replaced them to upgrade to newer technology.

Looks like it's around $30-40 so not too bad. I'll check if AliExpress has any.
