[Best Buy] Samsung Major Applicances- 25% off sale 9 hours only

Don't expect the same pricing error as they previously had for LG... one of the best deal ...

Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. HE Front Load Steam Washer & 7.5 Cu. Ft. Electric Steam Dryer - Blue Sapphire

is on sale for 2289.98$ + add additional 25% discount... before taxes shows-1717.48+49$ shipping+tax..

Try price matching with HD, if possible... I don't need this all... saw some previous posts where some RFD users were asking for any sale on appliances... Good Luck...Image[/IMG]

Care to elaborate? And a reminder: anecdotal evidence is anecdotal.

So what brand would you suggest?

Washer and dryer are good from Samsung. Fridge also ok. Otherwise, not so great.

Their gas ranges are pretty good. Defendi (made in Italy) burners on their higher end models!

Bosch all the way or ANY German products. Unfortunately, they are very expensive here in Canada. I have a Samsung dishwasher ( we recently bought a house and it came with it) and I curse the previous owners every time I see it.

I agree with Bosch or Miele being the top brands for major appliances. Problem with I.e. Bosch washer/dryer is that they only come in 2.2 cubic ft sizes which is standard size for Germany but tiny for North American standards....

Lucky, my washer and dryer have broken down 2 and 3 times. Fridge has been fine though, other than the expensive filters

I've been following samsung washer/dryer prices for awhile and to summarize (everything after tax pricing):

- Regular sale is $2000. Usually once a month.
- A really good price is ~$1700 . Buy if you need it.
- A flaming hot deal is $1500 which happens about once a year. Buy then think about it later. I saw this in March when they were clearing out the non-addwash versions

Washer/dryer pair pricing is similar to luggage and cookware. Extremely high as a regular price but on sale all the time at 25% off or more at least twice a month.

I had a Samsung washer, but was loud but it worked fine for many years.
