Not as good as the previous deal for $29.99 but not bad. This time rose gold and brush nickel are available.

White also available: https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/si ... e/14597279

I have the white version of this and it keep stopping to work randomly, gotta shake it a bit for it to start working again. But I use really cheap soap from the dollar store, so that could be part of the problem.

Great price for this!
Have one in the kitchen and bathroom and they work great. Really useful if you have young kids since the pumps could be a bit difficult to press.

Thanks OP, I just purchased the 2 pack from Costco for $115. This is a much better deal. Returning the Costco one and ordering this.

You can use any soap. I use palmolive and dawn.

The only bug I had is when it randomly dispense when there's a lot of steam coming from the sink from using a lot of hot water. but I don't mind closing the dispenser when that happens. It happens so rarely.

Totally in love with it. Smiling Face With SunglassesThumbs Up Sign

I found the clear soap from Costco will gel up as time goes by.
The dispenser tip got dry crystal
The Walmart brand soap seems more easy flow.

Try to get very low viscosity soap.

Like to get one more set of dispenser from Costco , but never returns.

All batteries eventually die, and when you can't replace them or get a warranty replacement, the product contributes to landfills. This dispenser contains a rechargeable battery that you can't replace easily. For that reason, I prefer the earlier models that have replaceable batteries. None of mine have died or clogged.

Ya they are kinda picky about the soap. I switched to Method handsoap and it has never clogged up on me since then.

These are the acceptable alternatives according to Simplehuman's support:

Bath & Body Works

Dial

Cleanwell

Dr. Bronner's

EO

Method

Just don’t get their sink caddy. They grow their own ecosystem after a couple months even with meticulously throwing it into the dishwasher.

I have a few of these, and really they are nice, but after about 2.5 - 3ish years, they break super easy.

I'm on my 3rd one. And the warranty after the 2nd year is non existent which i understand it's only 2 yr warranty, but when paying like full price.... The 3rd one will be my last, since it was purchased during the super cheap promos.. but yeah, Ikea or cheaper ones from costco might be better.

Can you use foaming soap in these? I have a lot of Method soap at home right now but it's not clear if this would work with that soap
