[Best Buy] Thinkware F70 Full HD 1080p Dashcam $67.98 (Expires 4/9)

Looking at dash cams, and saw that this one was on sale @ Best Buy until April 2nd. Also added in for free is the hard-wiring kit ($38 value per BB).

I'm not an expert by any means with dash cams. If there are better options available let me know, but this seemed like a good deal based on the reviews and price point.

**price was $79.99 last week, now showing as $67.98
**Deal expires today!

Why would anyone want to buy it separately if they can get it for free with the 79.99 dashcam?

Yes it is, at least on my end. Add to cart, and it shows as $0. See picture I added to post.

I've got this dashcam, and it's great.. i specifically wanted one without a screen, as I feel that it's a bit pointless, so this fit my crtiteria.

my only complaint is that it doesn't work well with other SD cards, other than the Thinkware SD cards.. I've tried 2 or 3, and they all fail with errors at some point. The one it came with is small (I think 8GB or 16GB, can't recall), and buying a larger one from Thinkware is not cheap.

Thanks for the input. I'm about to pick mine up, so will wait for others to chime in before deciding to keep or not.

Except, now I don't have anywhere to drive, except the 1km venture up the street to the grocery store.

you don't need the thinkware memory card. You have to get the ones with U3 on it for it to work properly. At least for my F770, i got a 128GB samsung one and it's been working fine since the beginning.

I found this video, which goes over the entire set up. Very informative.

That sounds pretty dangerous... People forget how to drive after one snowflake starts falling. I have no confidence that people will remember to drive after weeks/months of minimal driving. You should really get a (new) dashcam.

I have the Thinkware X500. I bought it a few years ago as I wanted a dual camera system. You will definitely want the free wiring kit so it monitors while your car is parked. Overall I am pretty happy with Thinkware products. I recently put a 64GB Lexar SD into mine. The included SD card lasted me about 2 years before it died.

This model does not. However they do have a Thinkware Model that has both front and rear dashcam with Wifi @ Best Buy. $199.99 ($50 off)

This also includes the free hard wiring kit.
