[Best Buy] Twinkly 400 bulb smart light string $149.99

Bought the 390 bulb tree last year and these things are awesome!
This price is super cheap. Amazon sells them for around $500. You can find them cheaper elsewhere, but, not even close to this price.
I think it might be a price error.
They have similar discounts on strings with fewer lights too.
I checked and these are the second generation model, just released this year.
Usually have to wait till after Christmas for a deal like this.

Thanks OP, I've looked at these before but could never justify the price had to pull the trigger at this price. If I don't love em we'll just return them but I have a feeling wife and kids are going to love this for our new tree.

Would these be well suited for outside, as in on the house? It seems to me that these are mostly used for indoor trees

They are IP44 rated so yes they can go outside but they say only down to -15

These lights are awesome and the patterns you can create are fantastic, I've had them outdoors with the -20 windchill no problem

If they are anything like the tree, you're going to love it! The kids will have a blast creating new designs.

400 is fine.
I have a 7.5' twinkly tree and it has 390 lights. I'm going to dress my 14 footer with a 400 string, the calculator says I should use double that for a basic and 2250 for a fabulous effect! I'm not try to watch TV on it!! It's a 100' string, that's plenty for me.
