[Best Buy] Twinkly (Generation II) RGB LED String Light Set - 600 Lights $129.97

Best Buy has put the Twinkly 600 string light set on clearance for $129.97 - it's a saving of $140. Based on searches here, it's the lowest price ever for a 600 light set. Good luck.

It mentions that the sale ends April 21st - according to stocktrack, there are 23 left in stock.

Arg! 5 less in stock now.... just bought another 5 NIB off of eBay for $125 each.... wonder if they knew ;)

Note that these are not the BB Twinkly version with the music dongle (which I have 15 of, and you only ever need 1).

Also, GCR has 3.5% cash back on Smart Home right now.

Is this really 48m (157.5 ft.)? Seems excessively long for an xmas tree...

Thanks OP, picked up two.

Does anybody have a suggestion as to what to use to hang these with?

Nope, used 2x600 and a 1x100 on a 7' tree this year.... Just keep wrapping and wrapping them, doesn't matter how you overlap them as you use the app to match each individual lights location.

Depends on what you use them for; I have around 30-40 sets, and mostly just put them around trees in my yard. I also use the curtains version, which I hang from the top of my porch to the railings for using the animated scenes such as diamonds, sunsets, etc.

Those that use them for fully animated displays (not animated lights on the trees, have various methods such as peg boards, mesh fencing, etc. But that's when you want to show a movie or display words on them, and need to have a fence square of equal height and width.

A huge thanks to @krazykanuck , who always finds these Twinkly deals, and fuels my obsession with them.

For those wondering what they can do, you can see a (Canadian) example on a reply to another deal they posted, here:. reno-depot-twinkly-lights-clearance-ren ... #p35513531

It's a great entry point into the animated light shows you are people do down south, without needing all the technical knowledge of pixels.

Check out Facebook groups, where people are writing software to convert videos and animations into their Twinkly displays, and for other ideas!

All 5 were shipped this morning... my jaw dropped. I'm so used to the "Sorry, Twinkly lights are out of stock" emails from The Bay days later.

Ugh, well last time (maybe) I check-in with the wife on a deal, missed out. I'm a little perplexed as to why Twinkly has the sole market on this, you'd think by now Govee or the like would have a solid + much cheaper option.
