Very. If you look at the second Marcy link, it looks like their benches are all 300 lbs unless there are some other models not in the comparison chart.

I weight almost 250 lbs and I have benched around 100 lbs so I think 350 lbs should be fine.

I weigh 230lbs I can bench 150lbs with this bench and have no issues with it at all.

Ours is fine at 300lbs, not sure about 350.
It’s very sturdy.

Thinking this might be a decent bench for strictly doing lat pulldowns (current bench doesn't have the support pads that you hook your legs into).

Any reason to think this wouldn't be fine for this usage (would also be a good secondary bench for my wife and son).
