Not bad at all for a non-Black Friday deal.

Pretty good but I think I am gonna hang on for a Boxing Day deal. Wish I had jumped on the Walmart deal now.

Ok so this one is 450$: New! Xbox One 1TB Fallout 4 Bundle with Rainbow Six: Siege

Be careful not to pick the Elite one, at 550$

Actually I think that depends on how you look at it.
The elite model (just for the elite controller alone) is worth the extra 100$ on the console bundle. However, there are no games. It's up to you to decide if you want to sell the games that comes with this bundle to go towards the elite controller (if you so desire).

Almost every week BBY has this promo, new release game free with bundle. Happened with Halo, CoD, Fallout, and BattleFront. Fallout, Gears, Halo, and Elite consoles all have this currently.

Don't meant to hijack or over generalize, but would it be safe to say that generally its cheaper to buy the 500Gb bundles and then buy an external drive to increase memory?

Wish ps4 would have sales like this - with new games and not remakes and/or old games.

It seems there's about a $50 difference between 500GB and 1TB systems. While external drives cost more, you'll get way more than 500 GB difference, so price per GB, you will come out ahead.

I also recall somewhere that an external drive may be faster due to the USB 3.0 interface. Given the controllers are the same on the newer 500GB systems, and no other changes internally, I see no real need to get a 1TB system unless there is a bundle you prefer more.

Same here, except for me it's for Minecraft of all things... (for my kid).
