I don't know man thinking the series s is definitely close to a 5700 XT. I have a 6900 XT and I'm super impressed with what the series S can push for what it is

Wish they kept the developer mode availablr for all. Using this in combination with emulation makes for a fantastic console.

Sadly, if you dont actually develop anything, you get developer mode taken away (along with the ability to emulate)

The 20x offer shows up on my app pretty much every week. Works out to 30% back in points. Use it for gas/groceries or save up for a redemption event whch comes up several times a year. It's a matter of finding stock in store, however I see Xbox series S pretty regularly now. I got my series S this way, hoping some day I'll stumble across a series X

You don't need developer mode for emulators

Storage space is a real problem on the Series S, constantly having to delete stuff on my Series X even.

Had an external drive but so much is Series optimized now so only runs in internal. I’d consider an X for the storage bump if you don’t plan on buying an expansion unit.

I see The Source also has a same offer but in a second option they are offering 50$ gift card. Is there a way to get cash instead of gift card? Anyone has any experiences ?

It’s a $50 Xbox live GC, don’t see them giving cash instead.

Maybe could sell the headset for $50 is a better bet?

Add Gamepass on this for 3 years for 180$ or less and you don't have to think about buying game again for 36 months.

This morning I posted this deal but later I found out that there is PS5 digital only version coming out for 499 CAD.

https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/pl ... e/15689335

This has 800ish storage versus 300ish of xbox series s . Also this has double the teraflops GPU performance of xbox. so 380 CAD verses 500 CAD and double performance, I should wait for this console and it will be much better investment right?

Did a quick search, usable storage is:

PS5 - 670GB
XSS - 364GB
XSX - 802GB

Big difference is PS5 storage is cheap to expand compared to the proprietary Xbox modules ($180 512GB / $290 1TB)

At this point PS5 digital looks like a better investment but I even dont have a 4K TV .. lol , never had one.

I'm not sure what you mean, but the Digital has been out since PS5 release, just in lower quantities than the disc-version since Sony makes more profit on the disc PS5.

I think that's because the Disc version is in-store only now and the Digital is online-only, so they have that Coming Soon notice on there until they get more online stock. I do admit it's a bit weird.
