[Best Buy] Xiaomi Mi M365 Electric Scooter - $579.99 +Free Shipping

This is a pretty solid scooter as I already have one, just order a second one for the family.
I get a max speed of 26kmph with a range of 20 km, I weigh close to 200 pounds.

I just got mine 2 weeks ago and love it. Picked it up in the US for a great price. Did you buy yours from this Best Buy reseller?

How do you like it? Is it a fun toy or a commute tool? I feel like I've heard something about them being illegal in Vancouver... hmm!

Good for both but I only use mine for fun. I read some reviews about tire problems but so far mine have been fine. The top speed of 27km/h is plenty fast for me. With Bird launching in Canada and I think I read Lime is starting to expand beyond Waterloo too, it probably won't be that long before most cities have regulations in place for these scooters.

Damn, just bought a clone off of Amazon since reviews say it's barely noticeable in quality.

Am planning to use this in my last stretch commute from Go stations, already use a kick scooter but the 30 degrees heat don't help me for an office person.

My first one I bought off facebook marketplace for $400 and only used for 35 km (I know, Crazy deal!)
The second one I just ordered through BB Marketplace

I use it everyday to commute to work here in Vitoria BC, (5 km one way) and I dont break a sweat and can wear my suit without it all crushed by the time I get to work.

This came up in the news the other day, ICBC is not up to date with these trends so it's technically illegal right now but no cops will ticket you as long as you don't scoot around dangerously.

Did you cross shop with other models or the pro model? If you don't mind me asking, how much was it picking up from the states. Cheers

I was pretty set on this particular model. It seemed to be the most popular model with consistently good reviews. The Pro was too much money for me and I could barely justify the price of the M365.

I got in on a one day Woot.com deal for $330US. After taxes and conversion it came out to $470 Canadian. The downside was I had to wait until I was visiting the US to pick it up (I had it shipped to Niagara).

I was so close to pulling the trigger on this when it was on sale a while back at amazon.com for $350 USD. It looks cool, and has above average reviews, anyone think that once uber/lyft/bird scooters take off in Canada these will go down in price?!? I really want it, but I can't pry my wallet open to take out my CC :P

Does it require an ac adapter to charge? Or it can charge off a regular extension cord? And what happen when the tire wear off?

Lime is in Waterloo? Love them in SD, IMO Lime design is better then the rest of them.

I bought a knockoff version of this M365 from a store in Markham (ON) named Toytexx for $420 (cash)

Been using it for 10 days now, with 100km milage total, so far so good :)

I'm 5'9 210lbs, ride to work is 7.9KM each way, cost 60% battery on windy day, and 50% on calm days.

Recharge took around 2 hours to full from 50%
