Best Canadian Bank For Wires !?

What is the cheapest bank for a business to send wire transfers to the US that also allows the user to create the wire online without having to go into a branch?

(This is a rage post after spending over an hour in a BMO branch watching an employee bumble around with my straightforward wire transfer request.)

is it just send to yourself or to others?

First one is easy. Second is hard. If you build a relationship with your branch... you could sign an authourization to send them wire request over the phone.

Right now it looks like CIBC is offering free global money transfer. Don't know if is works for business accounts but it says you can send to a business.

If you're doing it to yourself, TD has a free me-to-me wire between Canada and TD AMCB. Wire get there same or the next day, depending on when you initiate it. While you can't do it online e, it can be done by calling their cross border team.

There is no online transfer like RBC, but it can be done online through VISA direct. They refund you VISA direct fee if it is me-to-me.
