Best grocery store cheesecake?

I tried the cheesecake from Sobey's bakery, and I can barely even taste the cheese, also the crust was too thick and had not taste either.

What store bought cheesecake is best? Looking for something other than Sara Lee's.

I really don't mean to sound like a snob, but cheesecake is REALLY easy to make yourself, and generally tastes way more amazing than anything store-bought. I generally get one of those preformed graham cracker crusts for mine.

Costcos has pretty good mini cheesecake bites. Comes in a box with 3 flavours - blueberry, chocolate, and one other I forgot (possibly apricot?)
They're frozen, you just thaw before serving.

For frozen, really impressed with M&M Meat Shops cheesecake, had the strawberry one a few times, it's great.

For fresh, we've had the Safeway bakery large cheesecake sampler - really yummy! I normally like fruity ones best, but the brownie one was superb! There was also a strawberry swirl, and a nut/carmel one, as well as plain.

For the best cheesecake try Coveted Cakes. They are the distributor and broker for The Dream Factory exclusively from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery. They are open to the public and are located in an industrial unit at 644 Millway Avenue, Unit 10, Concord, ON. L4K 4H4.

I like the cheesecake from Metro's bakery. Nice and heavy, good cheese, and usually lots of fruit covered in gelatin.

Find one without carrageenan and gum and you're up on the competition..

This now excludes stuff made with the "reformulated" Philadelphia cream cheese

Ugh with the gelatin. My wife's family is Polish/Ukrainian and *EVERY* damned dessert that isn't full of raisins and slathered in dark chocolate is covered in fruit and gelatin.

As an avowed mangia cake, I weep every time dessert is served.

For a dense, heavy cheesecake, try the four flavor cake from walmart at around $15 bucks.

From what i remember, it had the plain, caramel, chocolate, strawberry swirl

Surprisingly good.

Ouch. Having never personally encountered these dessert situations, I kind of like gelatin.

This is where All Star Wings get their dessert from, I think. The white chocolate raspberry one is pretty damn good.
