Try reaching out to a ISP/telecom broker like Oricom. You may get a better deal for business service by going through a ISP/telecom broker rather than by dealing with providers directly.
You may have serious issues getting real business grade service at a residential address, however. If you want a SLA, or service better than what Bell/Rogers offers to residential customers, you'll need to pay a provider (a lot) to permit and build the necessary infrastructure. Stringing new fiber isn't cheap.
Before you do anything, however, it would be a good idea to confirm that the city won't give you any legal grief about running a business that is large enough to have employees out of your house. You very likely will not be able to get permits for infrastructure buildout unless the city is OK with what you're doing.
