Best mid tier phone sub $500?

My Samsung A50 screen is shot after likely water damage.

Will likely need a replacement asap. Is the Google pixel 4a the best replacement for this phone?

Use my phone for browsing, youtube, Spotify, and rarely the camera. Not looking for a flagship phone.

Other than the Pixel 4a, there's the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, the TCL 20s, or the OnePlus Nord N200 5G. All are under $500 CAD.

I have the Pixel 3a, and I love it. If you are still interested in the Pixel 4a, I'd recommend it.

If you can borrow someone’s phone for about two weeks, OnePlus 8 on AliExpress. There was a RFD thread on it in early June. The phone arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. If you need one by the end of this weekend, see if you can get a Samsung deal listed in the Hot Deals forum.
