Pretty much none will do a great job; even moreso of if you're going between different manufacturers.

More details here:

Specifically, here's a post I made in that thread about this.
Android backups should be better than they are though, but expecting a complete clone of your setup as seamless as iOS isn't likely due to varying hardware between devices. It's like taking a Windows or Linux image of one PC and trying to put it on something with completely different hardware and (in the case of Linux) a different window manager.

You can't, you can backup your apps/call history/texts and whatnot but not really your settings, let alone settings in apps.

Check if your phone manufacturer has backup tools, as those would likely be the easiest/best way.
Google does cloud phone backups and most app settings should be backed up. This mostly depends on the app developer.
Samsung also has their cloud, as does Xiaomi and many other manufacturers, if you don't want to use Google.

If you want a generic, non-cloud backup, you can use ADB, but it isn't as easy. This should work with most Android phones.
Note that Android's backup process isn't as polished as Apple's and the backups may not work 100%. Especially if your phone updated after the backup.
Use in-app backups if supported.
ADB steps:
1. Install ADB ((Google's tool for developers) with this guide
2. Follow this guide to backup.
The "enable USB debugging" is redundant.
Note that this should back up everything, including your SD card, so it could take a lot of space and time.
