Best way to remove this screw from concrete ceiling in condo

I've replaced some lighting fixtures from this condo and these screws are attached to the concrete ceiling.
What's the best way to remove them without having to damage too much of the ceiling ?

Just use a grinder and cut it off and then mud the ceiling

Vice grips, grinder or dremel...seems like the right tools for the job.

Good luck.

Looks like an anchor bolt. It's not going to unscrew. If you twist and pull at it you'll be chipping off more concrete from the ceiling. The inside end of this type of bolt expands or flares out just a bit when its tightened down.

just chip it out, if some cement crumbles out then just patch the hole with new cement and call it a day
