best way to search multi-stop layover trips for asia with flexible dates

I know google flights allows you to search with multiple stops but my particular situation is

- 2 week window within a 2 month span
- singapore is the destination

since theres no direct flights, for the layover i'd want it to span multiple days. Ideally

outbound:
YYZ->Tokyo (haneda or nartia) (~3 days layover) ->Singapore

return:
singapore->HKG(~3days layover) ->YYZ

or vice versa with the layovers.

Without sitting there hammering every possible date in google flights is there a good way to find the best price?

Or if anyone has any travel agent reco's for this type of thing it would be appreciated.

Thanks

itamatrix is probably the best site to do a search. It will let you enter a multi-city flight, and put in a five-day range.

This deal is also still alive, btw:

It would require a flight to New York, but it might save you some money.

As for a stopover in both TYO and Hong Kong, it might be difficult to find a single ticket flight that will allow you to do both for any reasonable price.

Might be better to look at a flight to SIN with a stopover in TYO, and separate return flight SIN to HKG.
