Best way to sell a used car stress-free?

Looking to sell a used vehicle in Ontario, stress-free?
Trying to maximize the price as well...want to avoid dealing with private sales due to all the paper-work.

These 2 are pretty much inversely correlated.

The highest paying entity, will be the end-user who wants to drive the car. Finding that person is difficult / a PITA, the paperwork is the least of your concerns. It's the people you have to deal with.

What are you selling? and why are you selling it?

So you want:

1. The most money
2. The least stress
3. Avoid dealing with anyone

Sounds perfectly attainable to me

Just trade it out to a dealership. In this world you have to work to get the max amount of money.

Maximum price and stress free?

Best way to get highest sale price is to be patient, you'll deal with tons of tire kickers.

Stress free way is to sell to a dealer, they'll write you a cheque same day and it's done.

Polar opposites, unless it's a collector car.

Trade in to dealer.

Bear in mind your vehicle depreciates further the longer you take to sell it.
