Canada,Eh!
Good deal on a nice tablet/2-in-1 notebook.
64GB's of storage is a must have nowadays due to O/S sizes.
Add one of the 64GB micro-SDXC cards which regularly go on sale for $20 (NCIX/BestBuy/Amazon/etc) and you've got a nice little 128GB tablet/notebook!

My Father wanted to upgrade from an original iPad, and really liked my Win 10 Tablet when I showed it to him (ASUS VivoTab Smart which was upgraded from Windows 8).
Since he is using Win10 on his home PC, I thought a Win10 tablet would make the most sense, and with the syncing feature they'd feel much the same.
Plus, using TeamViewer, I could easily assist with any possible issues from the comfort of my home (and save the 1/2 day trips to go and fix things ;) ).

I picked up one of the BestBuy exclusive models last week which is upgraded with 4GB's of RAM, a newer Z8500 Cherry Trail processor, Win 10 64-bit, and possibly a few other subtle things.
It was on sale for $379.99, down from $399.99.
Oddly enough with the flash sale today, it's not on sale and now shows a regular price of $429.99.

We've already done a couple of Team Viewer sessions to tweak things and it works incredibly well.
Not sure if we'd have that same level of success with Apple or Android products.

These can be configured to run in tablet mode, then switch to desktop mode when snapped into the dock, and vice versa.
For $329.99, this deal including a keyboard dock is great way to get into full a Win10 tablet once you do the free software upgrade from Win8.1.
If it was still only a $50 difference I'd recommend the Best Buy Exclusive model hands-down, but now that it's $100 difference it's not as attractive (but more future proof).

Somewhere Ontario
a similar model is 249.97 (YMMV) at staples..

it should be mentioned though, the staff at staples suggested me NOT to buy it because they are "totally useless junk, we have 3 asus transformer and 4 acer switches in the back that are all defective".

I have been searching for something like this for a month or so and just came accross this http://www.expansys.ca/lenovo-yoga-22-i ... -1-288939/.
does anybody have any experience with Expansys.ca refurbs or in this product in general. I'm trying to decide between the Asus, a chinese tab with a z8300 and this, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

$330+tax for an acient 2 in 1 tablet? Thank you but NO Thank you.

Used to have one of these a couple of years ago. Didn't like the limited open angle in laptop mode, didn't like the low resulotion screen either. I'm glad I returned it.
