Probably the best value if you are already with Ooma Voip and looking for home security.

Now be aware that if you are not already with Ooma, you will need to get their voip services (free*** - 6,XX per month for regulatory taxes and 911 fee) so you need to enter credit card info and it also comes with a 60 days trials of their Home Security Secure plan (6,99$ month after that). You can cancel the paid Secure plan subscription and switch to the free secure plan but you will be more limited (only push notification, no geofencing, etc).

However, i think that a one time 182 $ + tx + around 15 $ per months for a fixe phone number, plus a complete home security sytem is reasonable if that's what you looking for.

EDIT : Updated for the english link.

I bought a smaller kit of this product around a year ago on sale.
It's a complete garbage, 2 times when I was away, the app falsely notified me about movement in my house and doors opening. Turns out, it was a delay in communication - the sensors were reporting my own activity 1 hour late.
Now I'm trying to sell this junk on Kijiji for 50 bucks and no one wants it.

I have had the system for a couple of years now.
Only false positive I got was on the water sensor, replaced it and all had been good since. I have 8 sensors.
I found you do not need to have anything but the base service, all the sensors push the info to my phone and geo does still work, just not as accurate.
So the cost is around $6 with tax, plus of course a land line to boot.
Personally I think it's a decent deal in this environment.

Are you sure it's not a bad configuration? All sensors have multiple choices for warning delays (see image). Or maybe your motion sensor was just bad.

It's not a problem, it's a feature -Apple

I have this for 4/5 years without any issues. App is OK. It won't be as good as Ring.
