Bestbuy Price Match Fido processing issue
I am hoping to see if you guys have similar experience.
I initially bought a Pixel 6a with Fido via Best Buy. It was $10 a month. But later in the Black Friday week they reduced the price to $0 a month and I requested the price match. Best Buy processed the price match.
I got my bill yesterday and I was still charged $10 a month. I talked to Fido Customer Service and they said they don't see any update from Best Buy. I went to see Best Buy and Best Buy confirmed that the price match was completed. Not sure if there is anything else I can do. I am just wondering if it's being processed and my bill next month would reflect the new price.
