Yeah. I’ve got 1000sqft of bi-york engineered in my house. It’s been great.

Never buy flooring that is manufactured overseas. There is literally no reason to, and when you do, you end up with a bunch of middle-men who won't lift a finger to help you.
If they can sell flooring profitably that is manufactured overseas and shipped here, trucked all over the country and ultimately to your house, you know you're not paying for the material - you're paying for everything between the factory and your home, all of which is a waste and doesn't give you any value.

I always get flooring from local flooring stores. While it may be convenient to go to HD or Lowes. Going to a local place that has been around for decades nets me a better price on better material. They also know what they specialize in and can explain the pros and cons of the various flooring materials.
