Me and my Husband purchased a new over the range microwave from the store days later it comes in my husband goes to pick it up from store brings it home and gets ready to take it out of box and it has a big dent in it so he contacts the store to let them know and to say they tell him they'll get another one from another store well we wait and dais later he calls and t their never was a order placed so here goes more waiting I talk to a store manager about getting it delivered and installed now with no charge since they didn't come through with the reorder and he tells me they can't do that my husbsnd isn't in the best health with his Standing to long

BeverlyB29112 First off, dents happen all the time and they aren't Lowes fault, it happens for the most part at the manufacturer level. Secondly, they use a 3rd party install company for installations. Stuff happens and when it does, everyone wants something for free.
