It's brand new sealed in box.

Since the listing does not mention any carrier, I think it's unlocked by Google.

got this for 129$ 2 weeks ago, for the 128GB... perfect condition. duties/taxes paid at checkout was around 15$ i think (off memory)

delivered in 3-4 business days

No need to wonder, B&H can handle the duties for you. On the Pixel 3 I got from them a few weeks back it was ~$20 USD. Pay up front and no guesswork.

nearly all items entering canada are taxable to one degree or another, and are taxable if they will generate $2.50+ in revenue.

that being said, it is completely not feasible to do so, and the general "rule of thumb" is they usually won't tax item, via land crossing, unless it's 100-150$.

duties are on items made outside of the nafta zone.

(I worked with cbsa for years)
