I ended up buying the item in this thread. It is a million times better than the crap 1203 I had. I pay for 150 mbps using Fido internet which is really Rogers and I’m getting 250 mbps in every corner of my two story house. The set up was straight forward and very easy.

If anyone's running into speed issues i highly recommend you check your ethernet cables. Swapped out an ethernet cable from my deco pod to a switch because I was only getting 100 and it jumped up to 300

Anyone hitting 1gbps (or near) by running their mesh with a wireless backhaul?

I wonder what the best speed this thing can obtain on a wireless backhaul in a real environment.

Can you set up a VPN with this and protect all devices at once? or a custom DNS like cloudfare, Quad9 or google dns?

Couldn't resist...bought one as well....
Had a lot of disconnect with my current router R7000 which loses internet very often.

Now I have to figure out how to swap out my Netgear r7000 with this one?

The R7000 was the DHCP server and wifi behind the modem. I have fixed IP for my Synology With fix up on pihole as DNS Server...I hope it's a simple swap without changes to IP...
Anyone has a similar set up for pihole and substituting the router?

I'm running into this issue. speed test only maxing out at 100mbps when my home internet is 500mbps. I'll try changing the cable. Currently using the white one that was included with the M9
Thanks

I had the same problem.
DO NOT USE THE ETHERNET CABLE that comes with the M9 Plus. It's not a real 5E cable.

I did the same thing with the late December deal @$124.95 but it came back early March but @$129.95 and I got it then.

I would check once a week because you never know.

I bit the bullet and bought ubiquity long-range wifi 6 access points since they finally came into stock. Hopefully they go well with the UDM Pro.

Hi folks. I bought this in on 15th May but I decided to open it when we would move into the house, from our previous apartment, that we were living in.
Now that I have set it up, 1 of the 3 devices is not working. I tried to use it with the power adapter of the other devices, but no luck. It’s just not powering up!
Any thoughts on what I can do to make this work?
Thank you
