These are amazing in terms of speed & coverage. I'm currently using their business line of access points eap245 & it cannot match the coverage of the m9 plus model

The Velop is just 20% bigger. Perhaps the picture makes it deceivingly large. It's not a massive difference, and you wouldn't want to toss a router in a drawer anyways.

Does each unit have Ethernet ports on them or just the router?

I hate the Covr too, terrible 5ghz range, stupid slow 2.4th, nightmare band steering, worst app ever. M9+ outperform Covr in very perspective by 1000 miles.

Each unit has 2 ports that automatically determines if its outpout or input.

Got the exact deal from B&H just last boxing day. They were factory refurbished, brand new condition.

Only if you are going to use wired backhaul (if that system supports it). Otherwise get the Deco because it has tri band support which means if connecting the satellites wirelessly they talk to each other on a dedicated channel. So the speeds are amazing

If you're going this way (as mentioned by @fizz1234 you probably would want to have it wired), probably better buy on amazon.ca: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B086P34DPF
cheaper and easier returns.

I’m debating between those two as well. What speeds am I looking at without being wired on each? I have gigabit internet.

Currently getting around 150-200 down on on the second floor and 375 on my main floor. The router is in the basement.

Can they be used without Ethernet point other than the router? I was hoping for wireless as I don't have an Ethernet point at each point.

Only one of the unit needs to be wired to an internet source. The other 2 can communicate with the base via wireless backhaul .

I have one extra puck for cost, from the last sale (GTA). Never used it. PM me if interested.

Being tri band, do all 3 pucks get the same speed even though only one is wired?
