Which big bank would be best for an entry level position?

Out of the 5 largest banks (RBC, TD, Scotia, BMO, CIBC), which would be the best considering treatment, work load, and wages, if I am trying to go for an entry level position as a CSR?

I'd say go with TD - open more days of the week and for longer hours; therefore, more opportunities for work. I also know that you can move up quite quickly through the roles in retail if you work towards it and network well. However, all the large banks have similar pay structures and treatment of their employees.

TD and RBC pay the best I believe with decent benefits. BMO is sort of in the middle and then CIBC and Scotia are the lowest.

This is just what I've experienced/heard in the last few years

RBC from what I've seen, they promote within more than any of the other banks. I have seen CSR's in short times work their way up to Managers through their management training programs.
