Are their chairs any good?

AVOID the Mustache brand chairs. I bought one of their bonded leather big & tall 400+lb rated chairs from them about 2 months ago and it's a piece of junk. Every bolt keeps loosening and I have to tighten each bolt once a week. The warranty sticker fell off from the bottom after only 1 week and it got vacuumed up in the process. The way the backrest attaches to the bottom of the chair is ridiculous as both the plates don't sit flush with one another and the only contact point between the two is where they bolt together. This causes the seat and backrest to become misaligned when the bolts loosen. The chair started to squeak loudly when leaning back after only 3 weeks. I'm a 215lb guy and I feel like this chair that is supposed to rated for 400+lbs is going to break at any moment.

I used to think the Staples bonded leather chairs were the worst of the worst, but Mustache is on a completely different level of trash.

Does anyone have that humidifier? Looks like there is a filter but I don't see replacement filters being sold on their website.
