Man, this comes up just as I ordered Continentals last night lol. Should've just waited for 1 more day.. oh well, I had 10% off applied to my order, so missing out on 2% is not a huge deal I guess. Thanks OP, upvoted

Got cross climate 2 from Costco 20% Labor Day sale but this is pretty good combined with the $70 Michelin rebate and comes quite close to what I paid. Probably even slightly better. Good to have choices. Upvoted.

Just some of my experience from this site.

Ordered two set of tires (Continentatl VikingContact 7 + PureContact LS) 1 from blackcirles.ca last year with no issues, they were fresh and cheaper vs competitor.

Last week, I ordered a set of Wranger Wintercommand LT but was disappointed to find that they were made in March 2019. CSR tried to convince us that the 30 month old tire is good but after some protests from our end, they agreed to take it back. It's still on the way to the warehouse so refund is pending.

Placed an order for a General Grabber Artic LT yesterday which hopefully will have a newer DOT date this time around.

So yeah, maybe if it's "popular tires", they will have newer stock and more obscure one will be older stock.

Michelin PS4S $1495 before tax. Unfortunately no mail in rebates for these summer tires.

I ordered some tires a month ago from these guys and had such a great experience that I bought another set a couple days ago with a 9% discount. Now that I saw the flash sale for 12%, I decided to give their customer service a call and get a price adjustment for the tires I just bought. They were able to do it without hassle, so I suggest giving them a call. 2% is 2%, lol.

Maybe I’m a outlier but my first time ordering from these guys I got 3yr old new tires. Not the best first experience so I’ve been only going to Costco ever since.

Buyer beware.

Hey, thanks so much for this! Just gave them a quick call, and they applied 12% off to my order, so $17 more in savings haha

Which tire? I think that generally Blackcircles moves a lot of volume so their more popular tires/sizes should all be relatively recent.

Keep in mind this is a common problem at most shops. Costco's tightly controlled selection may help but there's no guarantee you're not getting old tires from them either. Blackcircles customer service is also quite good in my experience. I don't know if "old tires" counts as an issue on their end for a free return/exchange, but at worse, you're paying $15/tire for return shipping. If you share your displeasure but are willing to keep the tire, they'll likely credit you with a small refund like they did for me for a separate cosmetic issue.

Thanks. Ordered a set of Michelin CC2 215/50/17 for $1090 ( with installation). $70 mail in rebate on top makes it a good deal.

can we take these tires to Costco/Canadian Tire for installation? Asking because Costco/CT has more locations & offer free repairs in case of any incident

What's the difference between a premium and just an approved installer? Doesn't have a legend that I can see.

Costco $1007
Blackcircle w/code $933

Before $70 manufacturer rebate.

I don't think they will offer free repairs on tires bought elsewhere.

These guys are legit, I bought my Continental extremecontacts from them in the summer. Now I’ll be placing an order for a set of Michelin x ice snow!

Thanks OP!

Costco for tire installation OK....they probably won't since you didn't buy the tires from them.

CT for tire installation? Probably want to avoid that.

Yeah I wouldn’t go to CT. Costco has been okay but I prefer going to a local tire shop and getting it done properly.
