Pie Day pops up in my app, realize I cannot participate in Ontario. Why would they piss off most of their Canadian customers with the pop up that can't be used? Bad business.

This looks hot for someone in PEI. Regular price is 15 bucks.

Probably too costly for them in the Covid era. Too many people making multiple accounts to get more than 1. Too many people loading up on everything.

For those wondering why most of Canada is likely not participating, @eal426 (thanks) posted this in the Pi Co Pi Day thread:

All the Blaze Pizzas outside of PEI are franchised by a single company. I guess they decided to opt out because too many people were making multiple accounts.

Personally, I'm going to wait a few days to see if they reconsider re-instating this deal for the rest of Canada, even if it is just a one topping pie. If not, I'll be closing my Blaze account and deleting their app.

And, no, I did not downvote the OP for providing us a thread to vent our frustrations against a monopoly franchisee (why even bother offering franchise opportunities on their website?).

If they don't want multiple accounts on one device, then make the app better. Shutting out everyone in canada except for PEI is not the solution.

Blaze pizza loss is Pi Co. gain. I got my pizza from them instead.

So is there any AB deals for pie day this year?
