Seems like a price error (should have been the $142.89). These are good (or so I hear) but have also heard filters can be expensive.

Edit: Price error or not, potentially a new ATL (lowest on Amazon shows $154.86).

Great deal - we have one in each bedroom. Filters aren't cheap, and I'm sure you'll have folks in this thread talking about negative ions or what have you.

Not sure what the "auto" is, but the 411 non-auto was $80 in May

A lot of purifiers have it - it's just where the particle sensor causes the fan to ramp up based on what it is detecting. So if you are cooking, vacuuming, etc. and the air quality is going down, it adjusts automatically to account for that.

Weird, I tried it with 5 different cards. I thought it was their website.

Edit: I think I found the problem. Some weird issue with address.

I was looking at the 211+ a few days ago, but didn't pull the trigger due to price.

However, this may be a good first step and see if i want to upgrade, or even just get a 2nd in the future.

Thanks OP, ordered 1! Missed the previous regular 411 for $80 but will take the auto at this price.

If I subscribe for a filter, can I cancel my subscription after placing first order?

For those that already have one, how often do you think on average one would need to replace the filter?

On the winix purifier there is an option to turn plasma wave off. Can the blue air 411 ionizer be turned off like that or does one require mechanical removal of the unit?

BLUE 411 AUTO
Recommended room size: 190 ft^2
Clean air delivery rate: 96 cfm
Energy consumption: 2 - 10 W

BLUE AIR 411
Recommended room size: 161 ft^2
Clean air delivery rate: 139 cfm
Energy consumption: 1.5 - 10 Watts

Is this an error? Why is the AUTO version's clean air delivery rate lower than the regular blue air 411?

EDIT:
Freaking errors everywhere on this site.

We love our 211, this will be a good addition, we're always moving it around. Thanks OP.

Oops, just checked Consumer Reports. Although the 211 is rated 85/100, best in its price range, the 411 is rated at a low 33/100, and their testing says although it's quiet, it doesn't remove much. Yikes.

Tried to cancel, but I can't find how. Good price, but if it doesn't do much, what's the point?
