Are they good products quality wise?

If they're still anything like they used to when I buy them only because they're within my budget. They're purely disposable clothing. Don't expect it to last too long. Old Navy would be the step up from Blue Notes.

I would argue that Blue notes is some of the worst quality clothing there is.

True as that may be, for $25. You can buy a new jacket every year for the next 40 years and it'd still be cheaper than a Canada Goose.

But you’d also be rocking a Jean blue notes jacket for 40 years instead of a Canada goose. So there’s that

disposable fashion. they do look pretty good though! but they will not last more than 1-2 seasons...

I did wear quite a bit of bluenotes, and did allow me to save when I was younger so i did appreciate that, but now i found this site which got me good deals. for example this Hollister jacket last week:
hollister-winter-jacket-37-99-2438506/

but if you have a sewing machine you could make it last longer when it rips in places

I've been buying Men's Bluenotes jeans as work pants for a quite a few years now. Generally pay around $15 a pair, Definitely not the best quality, but for that price you are getting more than they're worth. The last two pairs I bought had a slightly elastic waist so they are super comfortable. Pretty much the most comfortable jeans I've owned, so far.
If you're happy, and they're unhappy....it was a good deal.
