If you are unfamiliar with Bluestacks, it is an android emulator for your computer (i.e. it lets you use android apps or play android games via your computer). is this gift card bought from the google play store or the bluestacks store? and is there paypal option?
i rather not enter my credit card details into another store i will only use once

You buy it on Bluestacks' store. I don't think there is a paypal option, but if it makes you feel any better Bluestacks has been around for a long time. You can also click "do not save payment data" for whatever that's worth.

I do get what you're saying, though to be honest I've never been very careful with my own cc since the bank will always cover any fraud anyhow.

You can only buy one per account, so if you log in on multiple computers you can buy as many as you want. I've bought 4 on my 4 PCs. I will say, however, that after I applied the second one on one of my Google Play accounts it said something like "you've reached the maximum number of redemptions for this offer" so it would only be worth buying more than two if you have more than one Google account.

I think that message is unrelated as I got it as well but was able to redeem 4 $25 cards bought from RCSS no problems. I think it's a game promo.

I also couldn't see the offer initially but it showed up after I opened the "Bluestacks Store" app in the home screen.
