New offer from BMO that is higher than previous months with a 70K Welcome Bonus that’s only available through some sites like RateHub and Milesopedia. If you go to bmo.com directly, you’ll only get 60K points.

Credit Card Genius has the same card at 60K points plus $100 cash back. Did a calculation on which is worth more:

70K points = $469 total value
60k points + $100 cash back = $502 total value

Might also be helpful to have the deal terms in the post:

- Earn up to 30,000 bonus BMO Rewards points after spending $3,000 in the first 3 months.
- Earn 2,500 bonus BMO Rewards points every month you spend $2,000 for the first year.

In order to get the full 60k points, that's a $27k spend requirement over 12 months. And following that 12th month, you'll be charged the annual fee.

Card is inferior to cobalt. Elite points are not worth 1c,

Cobalt gives 5% for food, i think this gives 3.6%

not bad for 1st year, basically paying u to have the card! u get 5.5x on gas and groceries if u add a supplementary card, its 50$ but u also get a 50$ free LS credit so its really free supple card!

basically every 60k pts will get u 400$ in cashback to a bmo smart saver account! not sure if u can do the RHT with this cc....anyone know? if my math is right its 0.0066666 cpp . not the greatest i dont think...mbna WE rewards is .0083333 i think

cobalt amex is .01000 cpp ? assuming u always spend in the 5x , no wonder everyone says the cobalt is a keeper card!

so u get 100$ from ccg for approval!

I got pre-approved too and it says on the email no credit check required below the accept button.

Don't know if it's the same for everybody that got pre-approved.
