BMW Service Record

Hi,

Bought a used BMW and my local BMW will not provide me a print out of the service done under warranty, say it is considered private even though I own the car now. Is anyone able to assist me in getting a print out of the work done?

Thanks

talk to your SA or even used car sales manager who sold you the car and tell them you just want to see the service history record, not to be kept.

Oh. In that case, you are pretty much out of luck here.

Are you concern on what kind of issues this car has in the past while still under warranty, such that these issues may recur again, esp. after warranty expires.

No real concerns, just to have a service history.

They'll only have a service history if it was serviced at BMW. You could try another dealer to see if they're more helpful, or if you start servicing it at the dealer they might be more inclined to help you out.
All they're probably required to tell you is if the recalls have been completed.

I would advise not to have it serviced at BMW if you're looking to save money. DIY what you can (oil/brakes), and do the rest at a good indy mechanic.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
