Intead of battery upgrade, Apple replaced the entire iPad Pro 12.9". I would assume that as a generation 1 device, it should be considered a refurbished unit like you'd get from Apple Store).
Ipad is clearly in like new condition.
Includes Apple Smart Keyboard ($229 list), boxes, untouched power cord and power block.
