boating in the GTA

sold my boat 10 years ago..looking to buy a boat again...had my boat at port credit marina as well at oakville marina tralfalgar...
for yous that boat in this area,,,has there been many changes in the last 10 years..example,,more boaters in the area..has the price gone up alot for a boat slip at the marinas in the GTA...
other things that might have changed in the last 10 years in the boating industry here in gta you can think of
