Umm, you mean root your phone and install a custom ROM just for a free poutine?

And really, some food court deep fryer operator is really going to ask to see your phone?

its a nasty poutine, looks nothing like the photo, it was like a pork soup with some fries underneath and few small pieces of pork.

never again.

+1, they had a "WE KNOW POUTINE" or "BEST POUTINE" signage all over the Yorkdale new location and I couldnt help but try it, definitely will not get it again. With poutine like that they shouldnt be allowed to put that they know poutine!

I think it was like 5.99 or so. I felt cheated after eating it.

or you could probably just put some virgin mobile logo or similar as your wallpaper even. I doubt the people there care that much, nor would they spend much time checking.

Just have the Virgin text show up on your lock screen.

But $3 each poutine is still expensive imo, if it's $6 for one.

I just ate at New York Fries yesterday with my girlfriend and she has a virgin mobile phone.. I wish I read this thread beforehand could've saved $6  oh well.. I thought the pulled pork poutine was okay, the sauce reminded me of lasagna.
