So you're either earning points or spending your points or a little of both. Racking up the points when you can before the redemption allows you to double dip.
Double dipping like that isn’t possible. Or at least in my experience. When you’re redeeming points (points basis) it doesn’t stack with point based offers. However if you have a % discount offer, it stacks with the points based offer. I hope I’m right on this scenario.

thanks for that info
from 50k to 100k is still a big challenge, not really have something to buy from SDM at the moment

It's too hard to find $300 worth of stuff. So I think getting $140 for 100k will have to do.

Overall, my strategy has always been to acquire points at 30%+, and bonus redemption at 40%+.

If they were on sale... Otherwise it's more profitable to get it with 20x the points
Previous wins:
2007
-Fujifilm Finepix Z10FD 7.2mp (Green) 210$
-2x Xbox 360 (Oct 29 & Nov 1) 300$

This is a hot deal if you have at least 200k points to spend. I can now get a ps4 pro for like 200 bucks.

This is better. This promo you spend 200k points and get 300 bucks worth of stuff. The 40% back promo you spend 200k points and get back 80k, so you get 280 bucks worth of stuff (in two separate transactions though)

Without any promotion, how many points do you earn for every dollar you spend in Shoppersdrugmart? Is it 10 or 15 or something else? Tried to find the answer from their website but with no luck. Also, do you earn same points with Real Canadian Super Store? Thank you in advance for chiming in.
Oh, also, is it before or after tax?

I believe it's 15 points for every dollar spent at SDM. I think superstore is 10 points per dollar. It's before tax as well

What kind of Hue products does SDM sell? I've seen single color bulbs and dimmer switches before... Has anyone seen light strips before?
