Without knowing anyone's specific budget or preferences its kind of hard to answer those questions...

If you're coming for the food, the Four Points and Quinta Inn are both on Alexandra Road. Pretty much central mecca of all the Asian Food in Richmond.
Neither are luxury properties though, but are some of the cheaper options so pretty good value.

I'd love to see this promo replicated in the reverse, say Calgary or Toronto!

Here are some resources for activity ideas! Steveston is nice this time of year. Some people do birding. I personally visit for the authentic Asian cuisine.

I always recommend eating at Phnom Penh when visiting YVR. Their chicken wings are some of the best I've ever had.

Here is a pro tip! Electric Light Bulb

The "starting from" rates next to the hotel listings is based on cached data. If you clickthrough and view the room rates, you might find lower rates.

Executive has rooms starting at $119 for multiple arrival dates. Remember, the $100 voucher covers fees and taxes, and can be combined with the 50% off base fare code. You can realistically have a flight + room for under $150.

Unfortunately the rates really spike after May. All the hotels are going for like double the May rate.
