@mrfrugal83 Sometimes Sci-Hub will have unauthorized copies of e-books available, in addition to journal articles, so I tried that, but it's currently only accepting DOIs or URLs. I couldn't find any freely available copies of the e-book, but did note that Toronto Public Library has 13 e-book licenses. If you can join Toronto Public Library, you can place a hold.
